Law and Order

Әділет regards the rule of law as the unconditional foundation of a just state. The law cannot be harsh towards the weak and convenient for the powerful: the selective application of the law destroys citizens' trust and undermines belief in justice.

We stand for a society of 'Law and Order' in which legal and ethical norms are binding on all — regardless of status and influence. To that end, we seek to strengthen the independence of the courts, improve the accessibility and quality of judicial protection, and digitalise court proceedings. We support the development of legal aid infrastructure, the strengthening of the legal profession and the institution of ombudspersons, so that every citizen can fully exercise their constitutional rights.

Әділет insists on the modernisation of the law-enforcement system and the transition to a service model in which the protection of human interests and public safety is the priority. But Law and Order is not only about institutions — it is also about the culture of society. We will work towards embedding respect for the law, civic discipline, mutual trust, and zero tolerance for any abuse or violation.

A strong state arises where just rules are upheld not only by the force of coercion, but also by the inner conviction of citizens. For us, social consensus on the value of the law is a guarantee of Kazakhstan's long-term stability and confident development.
