A Responsible Middle Power

We will affirm Kazakhstan's status as a responsible middle power — a member of the 'global middle class', a stabilising and rational force capable of balancing global contradictions. In an era of fragmentation and conflict, our positioning is based on the idea of strategic resilience: Kazakhstan as a consolidating link in the heart of Eurasia, turning geographic challenges into unique advantages.

We do not accept geopolitical dictates and double standards, insisting on equal access to innovation and development resources for all participants in international relations.

Drawing on the heritage of the Great Steppe and contemporary experience, Kazakhstan must become a model of the state-as-moderator — offering the world a culture of constructive dialogue and pragmatic partnership instead of bloc thinking and the pressure of sanctions.
