Knowledge, health, professional skills, and the human capacity for creative work are the chief resource of the modern state. Әділет therefore regards investment in education, healthcare, and human capital development as the highest strategic priority.

A culture that reveres knowledge is the foundation of social justice and sustainable development. Quality education must be accessible to everyone, regardless of place of residence and family income. We advocate for raising the quality of school, vocational, and higher education; strengthening the status of the teacher; and updating the forms and content of teaching. Particular attention will be paid to young scientists, so that the nation's intellectual potential finds expression and application within the country.

Healthcare must shift to a person-centred model in which the primary indicator is not formal reports but the patient's real health. Our priority is strengthening primary care, disease prevention, and decent working conditions for medical personnel. We will promote a culture of a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, and physical activity.

Culture and the creative industries are vital spheres that shape national identity and generate economic value. Kazakhstan is rich in talent, and we will expand the opportunities for its self-realisation both within the country and at the global level.
