The concept of cleanliness, deeply rooted in our culture, is multifaceted: it encompasses well-maintained streets, tidy courtyards, and a careful attitude towards nature — but also a measure of society's inner culture and its capacity to live according to the principles of order, responsibility, and respect for the common good.

We will comprehensively promote these values, popularising Abai's concept of 'Tolyq Adam' (the Complete/Whole Person) as a composite image of the person of high moral ideals and progressive convictions.

Әділет regards the 'Таза Қазақстан' project as one of the ideological foundations for building a Just Kazakhstan and an important factor in embedding creative norms and worldview principles. We support the formation of a high culture of ecological responsibility, careful stewardship of natural resources and public spaces, and the aspiration to build a state in which progress is combined with morality.
